FAQ

You come to us! We're located on Sunnyside Road in Needham, near Cricket Field. Just show up during our hours (9:30am–3pm, Sat & Sun).
Silver and Gold washes take around 10–20 minutes. Interior cleaning takes 45–75 minutes depending on the size of the vehicle. The bundle takes about 90 minutes.
Just remove any valuables from the interior before dropping off. That's it — we handle the rest.
We accept Cash and Venmo. Payment is due after the service is complete.
We operate in good weather conditions. If weather is a concern on your booking day, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge.
Yes! Just mention it in the message field when you book and we'll sort out the details.
